Cleaner 4 Hire offers professional residential, janitorial, professional and commercial cleaning services in the United Kingdom. The specific scope of the cleaning services to be provided will be agreed upon by the parties prior to each cleaning session.

Booking and Payment

Booking: Customers can book our services through our website, by phone i.e app.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic payments, and all payments will be in GBP (British Pounds).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee

Cleaner 4 Hire is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Liability and Insurance

Damage or Loss: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your property, Cleaner 4 Hire is not liable for any damage or loss to items or property during the cleaning process.

Insurance: Cleaner 4 Hire maintains insurance coverage to address any claims arising from its negligence in accordance with UK law.

Termination of service

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice.
